Tribe of Queens was established in April 2020 and is quickly gaining global traction as an organization that helps women claim power over every realm in their lives. I collaborated with the organization’s founders, marketing team, and back-end developer to create a visually stunning and easy to navigate web page.
Note: Tribe of Queens has since changed direction in their mission and has altered their website to an online learning platform. Below are images of what the website looked like when I completed the project for them.
UX/UI Design
- Attended a Tribe of Queens training to get an in-depth look into the organization and what it wished to convey
- Surveyed women in the organization about their needs for the website
- Created a sitemap, design layout, and potential style guide with color theme and typography ideas for leadership to review
Front-End Developer
- Determined immediate needs and removed non-essentials from static mock up
- Utilized HTML, SCSS, & CSS Flexbox to deliver final responsive web design
- Collaborated with Back-End Developer using GitLab & Angular to ensure existing forms, databases, and events were working correctly
Graphic Design
- Assisted marketing team with selecting media for web page
- Utilized Photoshop to edit images for the web design
